The Waipawa Coursing Club s match was held jUtorday ut Ashcott. when owing to tlio unfavorable appearance of ?ho weather in tbe morning, the attendance was small. The haros, too, proved to bo very scarce. It was decided to run of tho 3s for tho last All-aged Match before Jo eediug with the Sapling Stakes, and the first dogs put in the slips were Mr Bmdbry's Don and Mr Ireland's Cyclone, md th s proved to be the best course ot the day, amUfter a most exciting run, Cyclone to. the course. Owing to tho scarcity of hares, the Sapling Stakes was not compfeted, but with the kind oonsent of Mr S Bridge, the remaining courses will be urn Son Saturday next.
