* Tho annual football match between tho St. Paul's and Wesleyan Bands of Hope took placo this aftenoon, when the representatives of tho " Land o' Cakes " husceeded in vanquishing their opponents by four points to nil. Tries* were obtained by Sidey and Sims, from the first of which Fraser kicked a neat goal. The following played well for their respective sides:— St. Paul's, Sims, Sidey, Dinwiddie, Bear, Fraser, Grainger, Speedy, and Kelly; Wewleyane, Laws, Rishworth, Ashcroft (2), Mayson, aud Cauley.
