Eight Bower 1 Glencoo .. .. •. . • 2 Armorer .. .. .. .. 3 Kangaroo and Reputation also ran. Right Bower led for a mile, when Glenooe passed him and led to the straight. Here, however, Right Bower came with a rush, and won by a neck, Armorer a fair third. Dividend, £0 16s. EABTEB HANDICAP. Camomile .. .. .. 1 Cupid .. 2 Sultan .. .. ... .. 3 Cyclone and Prudence also ran. Sultan was a hot favorite. Cyclone and Camomile cut out the running to the straight, when the for-ner fell back beaten, and both Cupid and Sultan challenged the leader. A grand finixh resulted in a half-length victory for Camomile. Time, lmin. o9sec. Dividend, £7 12s.
