Wednesday, 9th March—Acceptances for second day's handicaps close at 11 p.m. Nominations, acceptances, &c, with the amounts, to be forwarded to the Secretary at the CLUB'S OFFICES, MARKET-STREET. _ No nomination, acceptance, or entry will be received on any pretence whatever unless accompanied with the necessary amount payable. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes. All nominations, acceptances, and entries close at 9 p.m. on their respective dates, except acceptances for the second day's handicaps, which close at 11 pirn. A hack shall mean a horse that has not started in a weight-for-age, or handicap race of any sort; weight-for-age to mean where a horse has actually carried weight according to the w.f .a scale.
