Signatures have been obtained to such renewal of lease representing 21 shares out of 22 at an annual rental of £5 per share, Tho interest of the lessees (being the mortgagor's) is soldby order of the mortgagees, subject to existing mortgages, particulars of which may be obtained from the auctioneer.
