ARRIVALS. October. s—Fairy, s.s., from Pourercrc and AVaimarama.

DEPARTURES

Tho steamer Kiwi, Captain James Campbell, got away for the coast and Wellington at 5.20 p.m. yesterday. The s.s. Fairy returned from AVaimarama and Pourcrere at 4 p.m. yesterday, having landed cargo at both places. Tho Union Company's steamer Tc Annu, Capt. T. McGcc, from Melbourne and the South, is only telegraphed as having left AVellington at 12.-10 this morning, having 111 tons of cargo on board for this port. She is expected to arrive hero at about 5 or G o'clock to-night, and will be immediately tendered for inward mails, passengers, and cargo. In view of the quantity of cargo to tranship to the lighters here tho launch with tho outward passengers is not to leave tho wharf until 11 o'clock to-night.

The p.s. Manaia is loading up for Wairoa, and will got away at 5 o'clock ou Monday morning. The steamer Kiwi, which arrived here yesterday, reported having passed tho barque Wave Queen, bound from AVellington to this port, oft Pahau on AVednosday last, so that she may be expected to turn up at any moment. Tho steamer Maori is telegraphed as having left AVairoa at 8.30 a.m. this day, and was expected to arrive early this afternoon.

The Union Steamship Company's s.s. Manapouri, Captain Logan, was to havo left Auckland at about midday to-day, being due in our roadstead at daylight on Monday morning. She will be tendered as usual for mails, passengers, and cargo on arrival, the former outwards for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin being announced to leave the wharf at noon.

New Plymouth, This day. The schooner Colonist, when being towed out of the AVaitara river yesterday, got on tho north bank. Lyttelton, This day. Arrived —AVaikato, from London, 105 days out. Sailed—Doric, for London, with 46 passengers.
