This vessel, a recent addition to the celebrated Cunard Line, is fitted throughout in the manner which has made this Line famous in the Atlantic trade. The Saloon is amidships, and is luxuriantly furnished. The sleeping cabins aro large and elegantly fitted. A smoking room, ladies' room, barber's shop, and bath rooms are included in the saloon accommodation. Tho second-class and steerage aro oi a auporior character, with ample promenade apaces. . It is intended that the steamor shall call at Rio do Janeiro, so justly celebrated for tho beauty of its scenery. The saloon and state cabins aro superbly fitted and arranged and provided with every requisite for the comfort of tho passengers, who aro provided with bedding and all cabin fittings. The dietary acalo is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could be desired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also ships loading homeward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has beon established in Liverpool, and vessels will be despatched at suitablo intorvals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W. Cameron and Co. have been appointed Agents for this Company, and a regular lino of vessels will be laid on for the various ports in this colony to meet tho requirements of tho trade. Arrangements for tho passages of friends to and fro from the colony, and also for the conveyance of cargo can bo made at the Head Office, Christchurch or at any of the Branches in the colony. D.
