Consols remain at 99.J-
New Zpaland securities.—The five per cent. 10-40 loan remains at 10G, ancl the five por cent. 1889 loan at 1054 ; the four and a half per cent 1870-1904 loan is quoted at an advance of 20s; the four per cent, inscribed stock has advanced by 10s, ancl is quoted at 100_, cx-div. Uhe market for Australian tallow continues dull at 40s for best beef, and 41s for best mutton.
Colonial breadstuffs remain at last quotations, viz., Adelaido wheat, ex-ware-house, 47s ; New Zealand ditto, 44s to 47s Adelaide flour, cx-warchouso, 335. Tho total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,430,000 quarters, a reduction of 210,000 quarters during tho week.
Best Sydney sun-dried copra has hi}* vanccd to £20.
