Uhe market for Australian tallow continues dull at 40s for best beef, and 41s for best mutton.

Colonial breadstuffs remain at last quotations, viz., Adelaido wheat, ex-ware-house, 47s ; New Zealand ditto, 44s to 47s Adelaide flour, cx-warchouso, 335. Tho total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,430,000 quarters, a reduction of 210,000 quarters during tho week.
