A MAN MISSING.

Nelson, This day.

It is feared that Mr Morris Bucholz, third son of Mr S. Bucholz, an old resident of this district, has been drowned in the Takaka river. He was acting as a traveller for Mr Moss Davis, and on Thursday afternoon left Collingwood to ride to Takaka. On Saturday it was learnt in Collingwood that he had not arrived. Search was made yesterday, and the horse ho rode was found with ono stirrup-leather gone, and tho saddlo turned round under tho horse's belly. The body has not yet been found.
