AVhen the Afiss Exelusives, who "really cannot know those awful people, the Browns," decline the hitter's invite, "' deeply regretting they cannot accept, but a prior engagement," etc. AVhen the latest addition to your host's family (all of them awfully ugly) is fa-ought iv to be admired, aud you profess to your hostess that. " you never saw such a lovely child."
