No entry AA'ill be receiA-ed for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the SteAvards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. General entries, TUESDAY, Gth AIARCH; qualification fee 2 soys., for non-members, payable at same time. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the Secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than 8 p.m. on the several specified dates. The rules and Aveights of the HaAA'ke's Bay Jockey Club AA'ill be strictly adhered to. I'.A'e per cent, Avill be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
