General Campenon, avlio Avas offered the portfolio of AVar in the new Ministry, declines to take office, and tho vacant seat in the Cabinet has iioav been allotted to General Thebaudin, Avhose appointment as Minister of AVar aa-hs expected at the time of the late Ministerial crisis.
The Marquis de Ray has been arrested in this city on charges of fraud and deception hi connection with the Noav Ireland colonisation expedition, and has been committed for trial.
