NOTICE ie hereby given that the following pro. posed Bye-lawa will bo submitted to a Special Meeiingof the Napier Harbour Board, to be held at 2 p.m,, on TUESDAY, the 10th instant, in the Council Chamber. FRANCIS A, SAUNDERS, Secretary, Harbor Board Office, Port Ahuriri, 11th Dec;, 1882: BYE-LAWS The Napior Harbor Board, by virtue of all powers and authorities invested iv them by '" The Harbors Act, 1875," do hereby make the following Bye-Lawa for the Port of Napier, and do hereby repeal all former Regulations (or any part or parts thereof) in anywise inconsistent with the Bye-Laws hereby made, CARGO SHEDS. 1, Cargo from any vessel may be deposited in the sheds during wet weather, or when the business stores are closed, upon application being made to the Wharfinger by the Agent of the vessel, a charge being made on non. dutiable goods of 18 per ton , . 2, All eoods deposited in the sheds to be removed within twelve working hours after being deposited. A fee of 6s per ton per diem will be chnrged upon all goods left in the sheds after such period. 8. The Agent of the vessel to have possession of the keys of the ehed during the time the goods are stored therein, and to be responsible for the safe custody of such goods, and for any fees that are due or may become due thereon to the Napier Harbor Board. 4. The Napier Harbor Board does not hold itself responsible for the safety of any goods deposited in the Cargo bheds, EXAMINATION SHEDS.
