The Star says regarding the n xt year's Rifle Association meeting :—" Before the representatives dispersed there wae some discussion as to the locality of next year's meeting. Wellington, Wanganui, and Napier were all mentioned as suitable places, but the majority seem to think that Auckland was the place most entitled to be selected. Canterbury can have little claim on the association, seeing the small number of naen sent from that provincial district."
