WHEREAS, in accordance with tho provisions of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, " the annual ordinary Election of a Mayor for the Borough of Napier will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 2Dth day of November, 1882. Now, therefore, I, the undersigned, do hereby appoint the Office of the Town Clerk, Napier, as the place, find WEDNESDAY, the 22dc1 day of November, instant, as the day, for the Nomination of Candidates, who must be nominated by moans of nomination pacers, in the prescribed form, addressed to me, and delivered at the Fald office of the Town Clerk be_ fore NOON of the said 22nd day of November; and each such nomination paper must state the full n*.mea of the Candidate, and be signed by two Electors of the Borouah, and by the Candidate himself in token of his assent to such nomination.
