HALF-YEARLY MEETING BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.

(Br Telegraph.) Aucklani>, October 25. The forty-second half-yearly meeting of the Bank of _.ew Zealand was held to-day. The directors report shows the net profit for the half year, after making allowance for doubtful debts, etc., to be £98,921 17s lid, to which has to be added the balance from the last half-year, £11,003 12s 2d, making £109,925 9s lid, which it is recommended to appropriate as follows:—Dividend at the rate often per cent per annum, £50,000 ; bonus of 5s per share, equal to five per cent, £25,000 ; addition to the reserve fund, £25,000 ; balance to profit and loss new accouDt, £9,925 9s lid.
