ALEXANDRIA.
October 2. A considerable number of European and other refugees who left Egypt at the time of the outbreak in Jane last are now returning to their homes. Sir Garnet Wolseley is expected to leave Egypt on the 20th iastant. Immediate action is to be taken in the reorganisation of the Egyptian army under a scheme to be formed by Baker Pasha.
