BRISBANE.

September 24. The Australian Steam Navigation Company's new steamship Glanwortb, a sister ship to the Kanelagh, left Sydney on her maiden voyage yesterday for this port, and broke down when off Seal Rocks, her machinery being completely disabled. She was towed into port today. September 25. The steamer Ganges, bound from Melbourne to Calcutta with horses, which went ashore recently on Jthe Queensland coast, has been floated, and has arrived at Cooktown. All the horses have been lost.
