SYDNEY.
September 12. The health of Sir Henry Parkes has not improved, and his medical attendants will not allow him to be moved in his present condition. The brilliancy of tbe comet has considerably increased, and it is now distinctly visible shortly before dawn. The strike among the men in the iron trade is extending. The employers uniformly decline to accede to the demands of the men for an increased rate of wages.
