September 6. The Collector of Customs gave hia decision yesterday on the matter of the wreck of the Lioness. No blame is attached to Captain Nolan, or the officers, and no further investigation is considered necessary. Tbe certificates of the master, the mate, and the engineer have been returned. The evidence and the report will be forwarded to the Marine Department, Wellington.
