ATAGO DOCK TRUST. The Trustees of the Otago Graving Dock invite Tenders for Mortgage Bonds to the amount of £10.000, in £100 Bonds, to be i*sued under the authority of the Otago Dock Trust Debt Act, 1872. Tenders will be received till noon on Monday, 20th Januaty, 1873, and may be for the who'e or a portion of the sum ; bnt the Trustees do not bind themselves to accept the highest or any tender. These Bonds will have a currency of thirty years from the date of issue ; will bear interest at the rate of 6 per oent. per annum ; and interest and principal will be made payable in Dunedin, or in London, Melbourne, or Sydney.at the option of the purchasers. After 1st November, 1878, they will form a first charge on the property and income of the Trust. Furi Ear information and copies of the Act may be obtained from the Chairman, R. B.
