farmer, Mount Albert, stated that he purchased it for three shillings from prisoner. When apprehended fcby Constable Greene, prisoner said he bought the bucket for ls.Gd. from a tramp. Prisoner waa only just out of the Stockade. He waa sentenced to four months' imprisonment with hard labour.
