THOMAS SEAMAN, (Late of Onehunga,) RESPECTFULLY announces to the inhabitants of the New Zealand and Australian colonies that he has leased of Robei Graham, Esq., for a term of years, the CELEBRATED HOT SPRINGSIESTATE, WAIWERA, having confidence that the efficacy of the Baths, with their medicinal and curative properties, require only to be known to be duly appreciated and sought after ; and he trusts, by careful attention to visitors, combined with most moderate charges, added to the natural and enchanting beauty of the situation, with its proximity to, and commanding view of, the Kawau, Tiritiri, and other islands, and rich back-ground of forest, to make the establishment henceforth one of attraction, enjoyment, and real benefit to all who may honour him with their patronage. The virtue o the Baths, which are always available, and the sheltered situation of the Bay fronting the estate, render it a most desirable WINTER RESIDENCE for INVALIDS, especially if afflicted with rheumatism or neuralgia. Wines, Spiritß, &c, may be obtained of the best quality and on the most reasonable terms at the Hotel on the grounds at the entrance of the W»iwerawera River, and within two minutes' walk of the residence. The favourite and fast-sailing cutter *The Frances ' makes weekly trips from Auckland to the Hot Springs ; and it is hoped, as the Spring advances, that regular Bteam communication will be established.
