The Waitemata flour mills were sold, to-day, by Mr. Charges Davis, for the «urn of £1,251, the purchaser being the present lessee, Mr. John Lamb. Meisra. Turrell and Tonka offered the Caledonia Hotel, in Grey-street, for sale r to-day j but it ws Withdrawn, there being no bidder.
