ON hearing Mr. John Edwin Macdonald of counsel for the Petitioner, and on reading the petition of the said OLIVER OSBOKNE GRA.NT, dated the 15th day of January, 1866, and the affidavit of John Edwin Macdouald, it is ordered that the HEARING of the said PETITION shall take place at the Supreme Court-house, in the city of Auckland, on TUESDAY, the 20th day of February next ; and it is further ordeted that the Estate of the said Oliver Osborne Grant be sequestrated into the hands of Hbnbt Vernon, of Auckland aforesaid, until the 20th day of February nett, or until the further order of this Court ; and the Court doth declare that this order shall be a vesting order. And it is further ordered that the said Oliver Oaborne Grant be forthwith discharged from the custody in which he is now held in the debtors' gaol at Auckland, at the suit of George Element.
