DitimKxmncss. Thomas Gregg, James McLear/, and James Heaton were charged with having been drank on the public streets. They admitted the charge, and were each fined 20s.'and costs, or 48 hoars' imprisonment with bard labour.

XBUSIVB LANGUAGE. A charge against Alfred Scales, of using abusire language to John Boloos was called, bat Mr. Wynn, who appeared for the prosecutor, stated that the case had been settled. This concluded the business.
