UNRESERVED SALE OF VALUABLE CITY PROPERTIES, By order of the Executors of the late G. Vaile, Esq. COCHRANE, BROTHER, & CO. Have been favored with instructions from the Executors under the Will of the late George Vaile, Esq., to realize all and several the properties in that deed bequeathed by the testator ; and for which purpose they will put up and sell by public auction, at their Stores, Fort-street, on THURSDAY, 11th OCTOBER next, at the hour of 12 a.m., LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES. THE LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES, Queen st, know as VAILE'S BUILDINGS. This valuable block, situate in the very heart and business current of the City, contains seven stores built in 1858, and roofed with patent metallic tiles. The houses are m excellent order, and have a right of way to their separate yards in the rear. Each tenement upon the ground floor possesses a good shop, with parlour and kitchen behind ; while upon the first floor theie is a pleasant sitting-room and two sleeping apartments. They all are now occupied by first-class tradesmen, doing a prosperous business, and let at present for two pounds each per week, while the head rent of them singly is Only £10 per Annum Their value is much enhanced by their being Established Business Stands in their respective Trades, any of which the purchaser may have possession one week after date of sale. Also, Two Houses in Wyndham-street, Ground Rent, £1 each, Adjoining Mr. Russell's Offices, having a right of way at the back, and now well tenanted ; present rent, only 15s each weekly, and Yard, Store, and Stables, leased to Mr. S.
