JN consequence of the enormous inciease and destmction caused by the Thistles, I hereby call on the Landholders, &c, of Waiheki, undei the authority of the above Act to destioy them on their lauds, otherwise the penalties will be enfoiced ; and I also call the attention of the Government to the condition of their lands ou the said Island.
