MARSDEN ELECTION FOR THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
The Nomination of Candidates took place yesterday week. Mr. Fanner was" proposed by Mr. Scott, and seconded by Mr. J. McLeod ; Mr. Munro, by Mr. Koss, and seconded by Mr. JL Cambell. The show of h*nds having been declared in favour of Mr. Munro, & poll was demanded on the part of Mr. Farmer.
