HAS the honor to announce, that, he will put up to Sale by Auction, on Thursday next, 29th June, at 12 o'clock, at Hart's Hotel, the following important Town Properties, all now occupied, and in good repair. One ditto ditto The attention of the Public is particularly called to these snug little properties, the proprietor of which, after laying out a very large sum of money upon their completion, is about leaving Auckland, for which reason only, they are to be sold. The central position of these properties gives them a certainty of constant occupation at a good rent, and any persons who consider themselves genuine denizens of Auckland, cannot possibly do better than become the proprietors of Town Property at the present moment of depression. This is not like the early period of the Colony, when every body was competing with his brother for a share of Land in the leading thoroughfares of the Town. But it is the precise moment when capital may be judiciously invested. The Auctioneer has the opportunity of offering to intending buyers, a liberal credit, •and as the whole property is entirely unencumbered, it will be only necessary that conveyances should be completed to the satisfaction of all parties, upon the fall of the hammer. If a purchaser should be inclined to offer for the whole of the above, the rental of -which would afford a snug and comfortable the Auctioneer is instructed to deal with him. Plans • of the above can be seen at the .Auctioneer's Rooms, in Queen -street, on, ,and after Monday, the 26th June. MR. HENRY R.
