U PRINCE ALBERT INN, EPSOM. MR. B. DAVIES, begs most respectfully to acquaint his friends and the Public generally, that he has taken a lease of the above well known house, which he has now opened, with a choice and well selected assortment of Spirits, Wines, Malt Liquors, &c. B. D., well aware, that attention to business, and care in the selection of Liquors, are indispensible to success, feels assured that those who once honour him with a visit, will be induced to repeat it, as it will always be his study to furnish Liquors of the very first quality, and to pay every possible attention to the comfort of his guests. B. D., has likewise, at considerable expence, crectod an oven, which is now in full operation, and having lately made an extensive purchase of real Derwent Flour, he can confidently assure those who may honour him with their support, of being supplied with bread of such ■ a quality as cannot be surpassed in the Colony. B. D., has further been induced, on account of the distance of this place from Auckland, to lay in an assortment of Teas, Sugars, and other Groceries, which he will always sell on the most moderate terms, for cash, and trusts that the quality of his Goods, and reasonable charges, will ensure a constant demand. May 19th, 1843.
