Penalty On Rates .WTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wellington City Council as empowered by Section 76 of The Rating Act, 1925. resolved that an additional charge of ten per centum be added to all rates unpaid at the expiration, of six months and fourteen days from demand thereof, and shall be payable and recoverable accordingly.
