INDIAN APPOINTMENT
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, February 21. The India Office states that the Gov-ernor-General has decided that Hie portfolio of Sir Firoz Khan Noon, defence member of the Viceroy’s \ Council, shall be held temporarily by Sir Muhammad Usman in addition to his present portfolio of Posts and Air during the absence of Sir Firoz Khan Noon as the representative of India at the War Cabinet.
