PERSONAL
Mr. R. McKeen, 51. P., who has been a member of the Wellington City Council for 17 years, and also a member of the Wellington Harbour Board for a number of years, stated yesterday that he would not be a candidate for cither local body at the municipal elections to be held, in May.
