Mr. A. E. Wintie, of the Treasury Department. has been appointed secretary to the National War Savings Office in succession to Mr. L. Williams, who is to fill the position of assistant-accountant in the Treasury Department. Me. Williams, who was secretary from the inception of the war cavings campaign over three years ago, will continue his associations with tiie organization as a member of fire N.Z. National War Savings Committee. .
