The following resolution, a copy of which is to be forwarded to the Soviet Government through the Soviet Ambassador in London, was adopted at a meeting of the national exective-of the Democratic Labour Party:—"The New Zealand Democratic Labour Party welcomes the military alliance between Britain and the Soviet Union, congratulates the Red Army on the magnificent stand it is making against our common enemy, and extends fraternal greetings to the Russian people.”
