MORE BRITISH EXPERTS FOR MOSCOW
(British Official Wireless.) (Received July 27, 7 p.m.) RUGBY, July 26. The Ministry of Home Security has placed two more technical officers at the disposal of the Russian Government: Professor W. N. Thomas and Captain 1,. M. Glasson. Professor Thomas, who is professor of engineer ing in the University of Wales, has been attached to tlx- Department of Research and Experiment of the Ministry of Home Security and has specialized in research work on structural precautions. Other officers already lent to the Russian Government are Colonel Symonds, former Chief Fire Advise: to the Home Office, and Colonel Oread, head of the technical staff of thv London civil defence region. A Russian military mission has arrived in Washington from England. It is headed by General Golikob and General Repin, who Is a Red Army engineering expert. They will confer with the Assistant Secretary of State, Mr. Welles, about arms and munitions for Russia and ’ will also talk to the U.S.'Arsay Chief, General Marshall.
