Colonial Contributions (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 2. Two further colonial contributions to the Empire war effort were announced today. This sum is to be applied to the purchase of aeroplanes and lepresents a substantial gift from a colony numbering 2400 people, and which already bears the cost of its own detence,
