Advice has been received in Dunedin, the “Evening Star” states, that the Government has decided to allow importations of motor-cars from the United Kingdom only to -the value of 25 per cent, of the imports for the first half of 1938. This applies to.cars in built-up condition. Cars completely knocked down may be imported to the value of 35 per cent, on the . same period.
