Feasibility Examined In United States WASHINGTON, Jtimiary 2. After being sworn in as Secretary of tiie Navy, Mr. C. Edison (who succeeds the late Mr. Claude Swanson), said he was studying means of accelerating warship construction and was also assembling data as to the feasibility of constructing battleships up to 80,000 tons. It was too early to reach a conclusion.
