GERMAN LINER HELD IN BRAZIL
SANTOS (Brazil), December 31. The Federal Court has placed an embargo on the German liner Windhtik (16,G62 tons) till cotton consigned to the British Dreyfus Company is discharged. The cotton was loaded before the war.
