NORTH CHINA FLOODS
Stoppage Of Railways PEKING, July 28. As a result of the disastrous floods and torrential rains which have stopped the Japanese military operations in North China, only one of the four railways from Peking is operating. Hundreds of houses in Peking have collapsed.
