Changeable And Showery. With Very Cold Temperatures. Following is the general weather report issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, for the 24 hours ending 3 p.m. today:— Fair ou the west const of the South Island; elsewhere changeable and showery, with further snow on the high levels, extending at times to parts of the east coast from Hawke’s Bay southward. Conditions improving today in the south. Temperatures very cold.
