WARNING THE AUCKLAND BOTTLE CO., LTD., again draws public notice to the fact that the use of its "ABC” branded bottles by others than those authorised to do so is illegal, and the company hereby notifies that legal proceedings will be taken against anyone infringing its rights in bottles A- ARC bearing the registered brand "ABC" in triangle, Iho Company's exclusive rights to the property in the bottles has been established by a number of judgments delivered by the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
