RETAILERS’ GROUP
Formation By Junior Chamber Of Commerce
To give opportunity to the younger men in retail organizations for discussing problems relating to their work a meeting was recently convened by the Wellington Junior Chamber of Commerce to discuss the formation of a Retailers’ Group. As a result of the keen interest shown by those present and the opinion stated by many that -such a group would fill a long-felt deficiency by promoting the exchange of ideas and bygeneral ventilation of retail problems, the formation of the group was proceeded with. . .
Groups already formed in the junior chamber are: Publicity* and Public Affairs, Importers, Exporters, Transport and Communications. It is expected that as members of the new group will bring a different point of view to the general discussions of the chamber, the whole membership will reap benefit.
