Los Angeles-Auckland Air Route APPLICATION FILED By 'Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright, (Received July 27, 9.30 p.m.) LOS ANGELES, July 26. The President of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Beebe, disclosed that Pan-American Airways is filing an application immediately with the civil. aeronautical authorities in Washington to inaugurate a passenger, mail and freight route between Los Angeles, and New Zealand, via the South Sea Islands, namely, Honolulu-Canton Island-Noumea- Auckland.
