Sigrid Gurie In Role That Is Not Exotic
TtfARKING the return to the screen ' L ’ X of Sigrld Gurie, who has the principal feminine role, “Forgotten Women" is being produced by Universal. In “Forgotten Women” Miss ■ Gurie has a modern dramatic role, a contrast to the exotic characters in her previous screen appearances in “The Adventures of Marco Polo” and “Algiers.” Donald Briggs, who recently com pleted an important role with Victor McLaglen and Nan Grej- in Universal’s “Ex-Champ.” has the romantic lead opposite Miss Gurie. Others in the supporting cast include Eve Arden and Donnie Dunagan.
