LONDON RECEPTION
700 New Zealanders (Received July 2G, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 25. The New Zealand High Commissioner, Mr. Jordan, with Mrs. Jordan, entertained 700 visiting New Zealanders at a reception in the Mayfair Hotel.
At the reception Mr. Jordan presented Squadron Leader Clouston with the Royal New Zealand Aeronautical Society’s plaque in recognition of his distinguished achievements in aviation. It is the first time this plaque has been awarded.
