Following is the general 'weather report issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, for the 24 hours ending 3 p.m. today :— Little change likely in the conditions at present prevailing. Fine on the west coast of the South Island; further intermittent snow in Otago and Southland; changeable elsewhere, with showers and fair intervals, the showers still consisting of snow in places.
