When charged in the Magistrates Court, Wellington, yesterday, with the unlawful conversion of a motor-cycle, Maurice Arman Kjar. lorry-driver, aged 21. and Douglas I’altridge. steward, aged 27. pleaded not guilty. On the applies tion of Detective-Sergeant W. McLennan, they were remanded by Mr. J. L. Stout. S.M., lo appear in Wellington again on , February 8. Bail was alowed at £l9O, with one surety of £lOO, in each case.
